Delivery Time
Our business week is Monday through Friday.
  • Shipping times will be different due to the variety of items.
  • If the related items for the doll are in stock, they will be shipped within 7-15 days.
  • Typically, doll-related items not in our immediate stock will be shipped to you within 30 days.
  • If you discover an error in your order requiring a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately. After an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Methods
Customer Pick Up

This option is intended for customers who want to use a freight forwarding service or pick up from Our office. You must arrange for pick-up of your order from our office in Korea. You will receive an e-mail confirming a date when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow up to three days before your order is available for pickup.

 

Shipping Costs
Some items will require additional shipping rates due to their price. These additional rates will be reflected in the item description and will be added to the final cost of your order.
